Bike Giveaway Rules

1. You may register only once. If you register more than once, you will be disqualified. You will receive an email confirmation that your entry was received.
2. The registration deadline is Noon on August 29, 2024.
3. You must be at least 18 years or older. Age verification will be required prior to claiming the prize.
4. You must not be an employee or close family member of any employee of Blackburn Romey.
5. Registration is not limited to former or current clients of Blackburn Romey.
6. You must be a resident of Indiana or the neighboring states of Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio.
7. By entering, you consent to receive emails from Blackburn Romey. The email(s) will give you the option to be removed from this list.
8. The drawing will be held on August 30, 2024, at Noon, and the winner’s name will be posted on our website. The winner will also be notified by phone.
9. The winner must claim the prize in person within thirty days of notice.
10. The winner is responsible for any taxes, as well as title and registration fees.
11. The winner must give permission to Blackburn Romey to take photographs and to use their likeness for promotional purposes.
